REACH Services

Manufacturers and importers must provide their downstream users with the risk information they need to use their products safely. This is accomplished via the classification and labelling system and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Aegis Regulatory provides the following REACH services:

• CLP SDS Authoring - European SDS compliant with the CLP Regulation.
• GHS Labelling - GHS Labels.
• Registration dossier preparation.

REACH is the European regulation for Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. For substances produced or imported in quantities of 1 tonne or more per year per company, manufacturers and importers must prepare a registration dossier, which must be submitted to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
