When do I need to have a GHS SDS in Mexico?
The use of a GHS SDS in Mexico is currently optional. This means that standard NMX-R-019-SCFI-2011 may be used for authoring GHS SDS in Mexico instead of the mandatory requirements under the older standard NOM-018-STPS-2000.
